- Users undertake to abide by all local laws, including those pertaining to copyright and trademarks. Files, films, and images that infringe upon trademarks or copyrights are prohibited.
- You will be asked to delete the copyrighted file until the matter is settled if someone files a claim of infringement against you. Earn2file.com is not required to intervene in disputes between users of this website.
- Earn2file.com assumes no responsibility for your photos, videos, or files, or for any lost revenue as a result of the website's downtime or unavailability.
- We do not guarantee that we will be able to host, provide, or save your files, videos, or photographs in the future.
- Any adult or pornographic content is prohibited and will lead to the cancellation of your account.
- Movies or any other copyrighted content are prohibited and will cause your account to be terminated.
- Files that have been purposefully removed without payment will also not be reimbursed, nor will downloads from high-tier nations that lack a legitimate source.
- The following gives us the authority to suspend your account without payment.
- Accounts found to be downloading from dubious websites or sources, using proxied download IP addresses, or engaging in excessive download volume will be permanently banned.
- We reserve the right to request your traffic source; if you are unable to provide a legitimate source, we may suspend your account without payment.
- Downloads produced by users who have installed an ad blocker are not given credit.
- It is not permitted to generate traffic via altered or automated hits.
- We retain the right, at any time and without prior warning, to change the reward program or the payment date.
- Bot downloads are monitored and validated during payment. If found, the account will be blocked.
- Hotlinking of files and pictures is not permitted.
- Any attempt to obtain money by deceptive or unethical means—such as spamming—will be immediately banned.
- Accounts that rely solely on money from referrals rather than revenue from downloads will not be compensated.
- Only when 90% of the downloads are tallied. Proxy server downloads are not permitted by us.
- The EARN2FILE General Terms and Conditions, DMCA, and Privacy Policy are binding on all affiliates and must be followed.
- 30 days after you upload a file, it will be deleted based on the type of account, if there are no views or downloads.
- With live downloading, all other files will be stored. (Unless you choose to remove them on your own).
- When you seek payout, earn2file.com reserves the right to investigate your traffic source in order to stop fraudulent downloads and earnings.
- You cannot halt your traffic while the payout is being processed; instead, your traffic must be live (you must have frequent downloads from recent files) at the time of the payout request.
- It is illegal to distribute or possess child pornography or other RP-related content online.
- Without giving prior warning, earn2file.com maintains the right to modify and redefine our affiliate program.
Earn2file.com pledges to cooperate with all law enforcement agencies in the event that an inquiry becomes necessary.
